1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MEDS India website (www.medsindia.co.in), or by engaging MEDS India for design, engineering, manufacturing, job work, or the purchase of products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

MEDS India provides reverse engineering, new product design & development, CNC machining, fabrication and assembly job work, our own universal pre-filter product line, and the import & trading of industrial cutting tools and lubricants. Specific terms, pricing, specifications and delivery timelines for any individual project or order are agreed separately in writing (including via quotation, purchase order or WhatsApp/email confirmation) and take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

3. Quotations & Orders

Quotations provided by MEDS India are valid for the period stated in the quotation, or if unstated, for a reasonable period. An order is confirmed only once accepted by MEDS India, typically against a purchase order, advance payment, or other written confirmation as agreed.

4. Drawings, Specifications & Customer Materials

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any drawings, specifications, samples or materials you provide to us. MEDS India will manufacture in accordance with the information supplied and any design-for-manufacture (DFM) review comments communicated to you.

5. Intellectual Property

Designs, drawings and CAD models developed by MEDS India specifically for a customer as part of a paid project remain subject to the ownership terms agreed in that project's quotation or contract. Our own product lines (including the Universal Pre-Filter) and general engineering know-how, tooling and processes remain the property of MEDS India.

6. Warranties & Liability

MEDS India will exercise reasonable skill and care in carrying out design, engineering and manufacturing work in line with our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system. Except as expressly agreed in writing for a specific order, MEDS India's liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the value of the relevant order.

7. Website Use

This website and its content are provided for general information about MEDS India's products and services. We aim to keep the information accurate and current but do not guarantee that the website is free of errors.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
